Terms of Service

Placeholder content - have this reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction before launch.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Z2Deal (the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Platform.

1. What this Platform is and isn't

Z2Deal is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of game accounts, in-game items, top-ups, gift cards, and related digital goods and services. Every sale facilitated through the Platform is a direct contract between the buyer and the seller involved - we are not a party to that underlying sale. What we provide is the infrastructure around it: escrow holding of payment, a dispute resolution process, category policy review, identity verification tools, and the listing/checkout system itself. We do not manufacture, own, or guarantee the underlying quality of any account, item, or service listed by a third-party seller, though we do require categories to pass a policy review before sellers can list inside them.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this Platform, and you're responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law where you live. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure - you're responsible for activity that happens under your account unless you can demonstrate it resulted from a security failure on our end rather than your own credential handling. One account per person is expected; using multiple accounts to evade a suspension, manipulate reviews, or abuse referral/coupon systems is a violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed.

3. How escrow and payment works

When a buyer pays for an order, funds are held by the Platform rather than transferred immediately to the seller. They are released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt, once an automatic confirmation window elapses without dispute, or following the resolution of a dispute in the seller's favor. Sellers acknowledge that payout is contingent on this process and that funds may remain held, including through any applicable insurance window, before becoming available for withdrawal. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending identity verification where our internal risk and anti-money-laundering procedures require it, as described in our AML & KYC Policy.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers may only list in categories they've been approved for, and only items/accounts/services they actually have the rights and ability to deliver. Listings must accurately reflect what's being sold - misrepresenting an account's age, an item's properties, or a service's scope is a violation of these terms regardless of whether a buyer ultimately notices. Sellers must deliver within the timeframe represented on their listing (or promptly communicate a delay) and must not request payment outside the Platform's checkout system for any transaction that began here. Sellers are responsible for the legality of what they sell under the terms of the relevant game, platform, or publisher whose policy applies, and accept that listings violating those third-party policies may be removed without notice.

5. Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to review listing details (price, specification fields, delivery method, insurance period) before purchasing, and to engage with the dispute process in good faith if a problem arises rather than attempting to extract a refund for an order that was delivered as described. Filing a dispute with knowingly false information, or repeatedly disputing legitimately completed orders, is a violation of these terms and may result in account restrictions.

6. Prohibited activity

You agree not to: circumvent escrow by arranging off-platform payment for a transaction that originated here; list or attempt to purchase anything illegal under applicable law; use the Platform to launder funds or otherwise disguise the origin of money; harass, threaten, or attempt to defraud another user; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems; or use automated tools to manipulate listings, reviews, or the affiliate program. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, withheld funds pending investigation, or permanent termination, depending on severity.

7. Fees

Sellers are charged a commission on completed sales, disclosed before listing and shown again at the point of sale - we do not change the commission rate retroactively on orders already placed. Buyers may be charged a platform and/or transaction fee at checkout, itemized separately from the listing price rather than folded silently into it. Withdrawal requests may carry a flat processing fee, shown before a withdrawal is confirmed. Fee structures may change going forward with notice; they will never be applied retroactively to a transaction that already completed under the previous structure.

8. Disputes between users

Disputes between a buyer and seller are handled through the Platform's staged dispute process: the responding party gets a window to reply, both parties may submit evidence, and unresolved disputes are reviewed by Platform staff who decide on a refund, release, or split outcome based on the evidence presented. Platform staff decisions on disputes are final within the Platform's own systems, though nothing here limits either party's separate legal rights outside the Platform where applicable.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform's own branding, design, and software are our property or that of our licensors. We do not claim ownership over third-party game IP referenced in listings, and sellers represent that they have the right to sell whatever they list. If you believe a listing infringes your intellectual property, see our DMCA policy for how to report it.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from a third-party seller's conduct, except to the extent our own dispute resolution process determines a refund or other remedy is owed from funds we actually hold in escrow.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may close your own account at any time, subject to the resolution of any pending orders, disputes, or withdrawal requests already in progress.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Third-party services and links

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services - payment processors, identity verification providers, social login providers, and similar. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own separate terms. Where a third-party game or platform's policy affects what can be listed in a given category, sellers remain responsible for complying with that third party's terms even though we review categories before opening them.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and AML & KYC Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of it, superseding any prior understanding on the same subject.
