How quickly we can help depends a lot on which channel you use and what kind of issue it actually is. This page breaks down the different ways to reach us so your message ends up in front of the right person the first time, instead of bouncing between general inboxes before someone with the right context sees it.

For anything tied to a specific order

If your question or problem relates to an order you placed or sold - a delivery issue, a payment that didn't register, a buyer or seller not responding - the fastest path is almost never email. Open a support ticket or a dispute directly from that order's page in your account. This automatically attaches the order details, payment record, and any delivery proof already on file, which means whoever reviews it doesn't have to ask you for information that's already sitting right there. Tickets tied to an actual order are typically reviewed faster than a general email precisely because there's less back-and-forth needed to understand the situation.

For account and security concerns

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, change your password immediately using the "forgot password" flow (even if you can still log in normally - resetting it kicks out anyone else who might be logged in), then contact us through the email above with "Account Security" in the subject line. Include your username and roughly when you noticed something unusual. We can review recent login activity and temporarily freeze withdrawals while we sort out what happened. Don't post account security concerns in public chat or reviews, since that can draw attention to a vulnerability before it's fixed.

For billing, deposits, and withdrawals

Questions about a deposit that hasn't been confirmed, a withdrawal that's pending longer than expected, or a charge you don't recognize should go through a support ticket with "Billing" in the subject, including the deposit or withdrawal reference number from your Wallet History or Wallet page. Pending withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within a business day or two outside of unusual circumstances; deposits requiring manual confirmation (like Cash on Delivery payment proof) follow a similar timeline once you've submitted your transaction reference or screenshot.

For bug reports and technical issues

If something on the site is broken - a page that won't load, a button that doesn't do what it should, an error message you don't understand - email us with "Bug Report" in the subject and include three things: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what browser/device you were using. A screenshot of any error message helps enormously. We genuinely read these and fix what we can; a clear bug report is one of the more useful things you can send us.

For press, partnerships, and business inquiries

If you're reaching out about a partnership, media coverage, or anything outside of standard support, use "Business Inquiry" in the subject line so it doesn't get triaged into the regular support queue, which is optimized for handling buyer/seller issues quickly rather than longer business conversations.

What to include for a faster response

Regardless of the channel, a few details consistently speed things up: your account username or the email you registered with, the order number if one's relevant, roughly when the issue happened, and what outcome you're hoping for. A message that says "my order didn't arrive" takes longer to act on than one that says "order #12345, paid three hours ago, seller hasn't delivered, requesting a status check before I open a dispute." Same situation, very different amount of back-and-forth required to actually help.

Response times

We aim to respond to support tickets within 24 hours and typically much faster than that for active disputes or anything involving a withdrawal already in progress. General email inquiries that don't relate to an active order can take a little longer, particularly around high-traffic periods. If you haven't heard back after 48 hours on something time-sensitive, it's reasonable to follow up - things occasionally do get missed, and a polite nudge is never unwelcome.

Before you contact us, a few things worth checking first

A surprising number of tickets resolve themselves once a buyer or seller checks one extra place first. If a payment seems stuck, check your Wallet History or order status page before assuming it failed silently - crypto confirmations can occasionally take a few minutes longer than expected depending on network conditions. If a delivery seems delayed, check the listing's stated delivery ETA; some categories simply take longer to fulfil manually than an automated one would. If a withdrawal seems slow, check whether your account has any pending identity verification requirement, since that's the single most common reason a withdrawal sits in review longer than usual. None of this is meant to discourage you from reaching out - it just sometimes saves you the wait for a reply that would've said the same thing.

What we can't help with over general contact

A few categories of request need to go through their proper channel rather than a general email, mostly because they require information or context that only exists in that specific flow. Disputes need to go through the order's dispute system so both sides can submit evidence properly - we can't resolve a dispute based on a one-sided email description. Refund requests outside of an active dispute follow the process described in our Refund Policy. Requests to remove a review need to go through that review's own reporting flow so the original reviewer has a chance to respond, rather than being silently deleted on request.

A note on tone

We're a small team handling a high volume of genuinely varied requests, and most of the people writing in are understandably frustrated about something that went wrong. We read every message carefully and we're not going to dismiss a reasonable complaint - but a message we can actually act on quickly tends to look less like a complaint and more like a clear description of what happened and what you need from us. We'll treat you with respect either way; it just helps everyone if the conversation starts from a place of trying to solve the problem together.

If you're a seller reaching out about a category

Sellers occasionally write in asking about getting a new category added, or asking why a category they expected to find isn't available yet. We genuinely consider every request like this, but category additions go through a policy review before they're opened up - we check the relevant game or platform's terms of service, decide what specification fields and restrictions make sense, and only then open applications. If you have a specific category in mind, mention it via a Business Inquiry email with as much detail as you can about why it'd be a good fit, and we'll factor that into what gets reviewed next. We can't commit to a timeline on category additions since the review itself varies a lot depending on how clear the underlying policy is, but every suggestion gets read.
