Currency packs are frequently listed in the game's own units rather than a money value, and bonus amounts attached to first purchases usually apply once per account, not once per purchase. Confirm the server and region. Confirm the method. If it is direct, have your player ID ready and correct. Then wait for the currency to appear in your own account before confirming the order.
